We would like to introduce a case of system development that centralized customer and accounting management, which were previously used separately, at the request of Niigata Aid Co., Ltd. At the company, the customer management system and accounting system were operating separately, leading to issues such as master data being managed in duplicate and the inefficient flow of creating handwritten slips in stores and inputting them into the system on the accounting side, resulting in duplicate tasks. With the introduction of the system, sales information can now be shared in real-time between stores and accounting, making the exchange significantly smoother.
